"The Spaces Between: Using Maps to Make Arguments and Processes Visible"

Abrams' presentation will focus on the core concepts of a book she
co-edited, ELSE/WHERE: MAPPING. The book explores mapping as a powerful
interdisciplinary strategy that links people and places, data and
organizations, and physical and virtual environments. She will explore the
relationships and differences of mapping physical and virtual spaces and
also will discuss new navigational technology and modes of visual
