50 Books/50 Covers of 2007 Exhibition
This exhibition showcases selections from the “AIGA 50 Books/50 Covers” competition, which aims to identify the 50 best-designed books and book covers of the year. Selections were made by a distinguished jury and become part of the AIGA Design Archives, where images, full credits, project statements and jurors' comments for all selections are available.
AIGA Knoxville is proud to be hosting this exhibit at the UT Downtown Gallery, 106 South Gay Street, Jan 2nd until Jan 24th. The opening will be on Friday, January 2nd from 5pm – 9pm.
Also at the opening, Faythe Levine, author of Handmade Nation, will be promoting her book and upcoming documentary about the DIY movement in the United States. Admission is free.
